Yes. Activation is real configuration work: verified roster upload, communication to neighbors, admin training. Without setup the product does not work well — and that hurts your adoption.

Do you bill in pesos?

Yes. All billing is in ARS, with invoice type A or B depending on the taxpayer. The USD amounts you see are reference figures for comparison (about ARS 1,430 / USD).

What happens when the trial ends if I do not renew?

Your neighborhood stays in read-only mode for 30 days: you can browse the whole history but cannot add new activity. If you return within that window you get everything back. After 30 days the roster is archived.

Is there a discount for annual payment?

Yes. Paying annually gives you the equivalent of 2 free months — you pay 10 months for 12 of service. The price you see in the Annual toggle already includes that discount spread per month.

Do neighbors pay anything?

No. Neighbors never pay for NUB — not during the trial and not after. The free tier is not a limitation, it is the product's condition of existence: without active neighbors there is no community.

How is the cost per family calculated?

Take the plan price and divide it by the number of families in the neighborhood. Example: Neighborhood Plus ARS 149,000 / 200 families = ARS 745 per family per month. Less than a residential electricity bill.
