Yes, always. Neighbors never pay for NUB. Access includes the smart feed, a marketplace of verified services, incident reports, events and proposals, My Neighborhood and community safety tools.
The neighbor free tier is not a concession — it is the condition for the product to exist. Without active neighbors, there is no neighborhood.
Your administrator needs to have activated NUB in your neighborhood. Once it is active, the admin sends you an invitation code by WhatsApp or through a QR at the gatehouse. You download the app (iOS or Android), enter the code, verify your residence and you are in.
If your neighborhood does not use NUB yet, you can contact us and we will let your administration know that neighbors are interested.
No. We verify your residence with a 250-500 meter grid — enough to confirm that you live in the neighborhood, without exposing your exact address to anyone.
Everything commercial is opt-in, and you can control at any time what information is visible to neighbors and what is not.
80% of the content in a 300-person neighborhood group is noise. NUB filters by relevance: you see emergencies, alerts for your area and neighborhood news — not memes or irrelevant arguments.
On top of that, administrator announcements come with read receipts (WhatsApp's blue ticks are not legal evidence), and providers have a reputation verified by real neighbors.
Yes. If you live in a gated community and also work or have family in another one, you can be a resident of multiple neighborhoods and switch the active neighborhood from the header selector. You keep a single unified profile.
It is a list of neighbors (and/or relatives with a NUB account) that you choose as recipients of your safety alerts. You can edit it at any time from your profile.
It is NUB's reputation system. It accumulates a neighbor's actions in the neighborhood: reviews you left, incidents you reported, proposals you voted on, help you gave.
It controls visibility in the feed and the marketplace — the more positive behavior history, the more relevance. It cannot be faked because it is built from real behavior over time.
The MVP is optimized for gated communities and country clubs in Greater Buenos Aires. Buildings in the city of Buenos Aires are Phase 2 — we are working on it.

No. They are complementary. OpenKey and AccessIn handle the operational layer: expenses, access, amenity booking. NUB handles the social layer: traceable announcements, complaint ticketing, verified votes, a community marketplace and health metrics.
The right pitch is: OpenKey handles the operation. NUB handles the community.
The technical setup takes 2 hours. Activating the neighborhood — having 30-60% of neighbors using the app — depends on the communication effort.
With the Community Activation package (QR campaign + launch event), average adoption in the first 2 weeks is 60%.
Yes. The announcement log includes a timestamp and a per-neighbor read confirmation. It can be exported to PDF/CSV.
It does not replace a notary for formal documents, but for ordinary management of announcements and claims it is fully valid as the administrator's record.
Yes, with the Multi-neighborhood plan (ARS 399,000-799,000/month depending on the number of neighborhoods). It includes a unified dashboard with a view of all the neighborhoods you manage, consolidated metrics and assisted moderation.
Ideal for professional management companies that handle 3-8 neighborhoods.
The neighborhood's data belongs to the neighborhood. NUB does not sell individual user data.
In Phase 3 there will be an aggregated, anonymized data product (quality-of-life indexes, service demand) with guaranteed privacy — never individual data.
Neighborhood data can be exported at any time (announcements, votes, incident history — PDF/CSV).
Prices have a quarterly adjustment agreed by contract — they cannot change during the current period.
Yes. You can request a demo of the admin dashboard with data from a test neighborhood. Request your demo here.
You also get a full 3-month trial with no credit card.
The commission (0-12%, decreasing by plan) applies only when the payment goes through NUB. Jobs you close over WhatsApp, in person or by direct transfer carry no commission.
In Phase 1, most jobs are closed outside NUB — the commission is a Phase 2 model for when we have integrated escrow/payments.
Only the neighbors who hired you can review you. NUB sends them an automatic notification after you close a job.
You cannot ask people who did not hire you for reviews, you cannot buy them and you cannot fake your history.
Yes. The Active Zone plan (ARS 39,000/month) includes up to 3 neighborhoods or a priority category. The Pro plan (ARS 79,000/month) has no neighborhood limit.
Your reputation in one neighborhood works as a credential to enter the next.
When a neighbor contacts you from NUB, you receive their name and contact channel (WhatsApp link or call). You do not receive their full address or any other data.
All contacts are kept in your activity dashboard.
No. NUB does not charge a commission on sales. NUB is a storefront, not a sales channel that gets into the transaction.
The neighbor discovers you on NUB, sees your catalog and contacts you directly (WhatsApp or “I want it”). You handle the sale, delivery and payment — NUB does not touch the transaction.
No. NUB does not operate logistics. The neighbor contacts you and you handle delivery (you deliver yourself, hire a motorbike courier, or the neighbor picks up).
That is exactly the anti-Rappi point: you decide how and when you deliver, and you pay neither the app's delivery fee nor a commission.
Between ARS 25,000 and ARS 50,000 per month, depending on the size of the neighborhood and the area. For larger, more active neighborhoods the price is higher because the customer potential is higher too.
The Free Listing has no cost.
Only neighbors who contacted you or bought through NUB can leave a review. They are verified because NUB knows there was a real contact.
This sets them apart from Google or PedidosYa reviews, where anyone can write anything.
No. NUB does not sell individual user data.
Commercial data (which services neighbors look for, which categories have the most demand) is monetized in Phase 3 as aggregated, anonymized indexes for insurers and municipalities — never individual data.
Name, email, phone (for the account), geolocation (only to verify residence — 250-500m grid), history of interactions in the neighborhood (posts, reviews, votes, incidents).
No banking data at all (we do not process payments).
Yes. You can delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your personal data is erased within 30 days.
The reviews you left for providers are anonymized (they remain as “verified neighbor”).
